Interview

On Tuesday, May 28th 2015, I did an interview with one of my classmates. Her name is Shaski. I chose her as informant because we both have to do interview, so we can interview each others.

Shaski is the youngest children in her family. She has one sister that 5 years older, now she is studying in college. Her father is a lecturer and her mother is a housewife. I asked her about her feeling as a student in 3 Senior High School, and she said she is very happy because for being student in 3 Senior High School is one of her dreams, and it wasn’t easy and she had to struggle to be like this now. She said, her life is changing so much after she is being student in 3 Senior High School, she feels more tired and stress because the full schedule. But she never wants giving up, she doesn’t wanna see her parents dissapointed. She believes that someday what she doing now will bring a great result, she believes that everyone who have struggled will grow up into beautiful person. Her parents give big contribution of her life. Her parents always give her motivations and advices so she can through it all. Her parents believes that whatever happens now to her is the God’s best way.

The last, she said life is an adventure that God gives to us, live it and feel it, everything has its own portion to teach us how to be the good person.

Animal Kingdom

The Tiger has a long body, a short neck, and a firm head with a short muzzle that contains a set of sharp teeth. Tigers have stout legs that end in broad paws. A well fed tiger is bulky, broad in the shoulders, back, and loins. Males are generally longer and heavier than females. The average length for males is about 6 feet long and with a tail length of 3 feet long. Females are usually 6 to 12 inches shorter in body length.

A tiger's fur color varies from orange-red to tawny yellow, with a lot of black stripes that have different lengths and widths. The cheeks, throat, and the insides of the ears and legs are white. The back of the ear is black with a white spot in the center.

Bandung Spots

Merdeka Building (Gedung Merdeka) is an art-deco building in Jalan Asia-Afrika, Bandung, Indonesia. Today it serves as a museum displaying collections and photographs of the Asian-Africa Conference, the first Non-Aligned Movement that was held there in 1955. 

The first building on the site at the intersection of Braga Street and Jalan Asia-Africa was constructed in 1895 for the Sociëteit Concordia. In 1926 it was rebuilt by Wolff Schoemacher, Albert Aalbers and Van Gallen. The Sociëteit Concordia was the dance hall, entertainment and social gathering venue for rich people in Bandung and its vicinity. That included plantation owners or employees, officers, officials, and wealthy businessman. During weekends, the building was filled with people enjoying art performances, social dances and dinner.

During the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, the building was renamed Dai Toa Kaman and served as cultural centre.

After the Indonesian proclamation of Independence on 17 August 1945, the building was used as headquarters of Indonesian independence fighters against Japanese troops.

After the recognition of Indonesian Independence by The Netherlands in 1949, and the formation of federal government of Negara Pasundan, Concordia building was once again used as public gathering hall, for art performances, parties, dances, and gala dinner.

In 1954, the government of Indonesia appointed Bandung as the host of Asian-Africa Conference, the Concordia building chosen as the venue of this International conference. At that time Concordia was the largest and grandest hall in Bandung, with strategic location near Savoy Homann Hotel and Preanger Hotel in the city centre. In early 1955, the building was renovated to meet international conference requirements by Ir. R. Srigati Santoso, and renamed Gedung Merdeka (independence building). The building also served as Indonesian House of Representatives (MPR) convention building.

In 1965 the Gedung Merdeka was the venue for the Asian-African Islamic Conference. In 1971 all of the House of Representatives meetings and activities were moved to Jakarta. In March 1980 the building hosted the 25th anniversary of the Asian-African Conference, and the Asian-African Conference Museum was inaugurated by president Soeharto.

Dewa Athena

Dewa athena
   One of sport competitions in my school is Dewa Athena. It held on march 7th 2015 until may 9th 2015. Dewa athena holds for 3 months. Actually I play for my class dodgeball team. For the opening of Dewa Athena we must in school at 8 a.m. we did the color run. The color run was so very interesting. And then the competition started. There are more than 5 kind of sport in Dewa Athena, and all the class have to send their delegation for every kind of sport. But if one of the players can’t come someone else can replace that person and if our group can't play for the competitions we have to pay fine.

   Our class team won all the competition. I was so very hapy when I heard that, that’s the good news. My class won first place in single female badminton, second place in female dodgeball and female futsal. And not just that, my two friends get "MVP", MVP is most valuable player. I am very proud of them. 
   These memories will never be forgotten. Because this activity, we feel the love and sorrow together, mutual cooperation, and much more. And certainly we become more compact class.

   This vocal group member, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Wiliams. Talking aboutthe song destiny's child stand up for love, certainly will not be detached from the worldchildren's day. Yaa this is because the song is dedicated to the world children's day. Inpart this is to prove that this song is a form of caring about the world children's day"And how can i pretend that i dont know what's going on, when every second and every minute another soul is gone".
   The song was created in memory of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. More or less meaning, showed concern for the sympathetic owner & disaster will track it, and aims to arouse public's concern with the lyrics of the song. They also want to give ' positive ' injections for the earthquake victims, also for the world community, with the belief that these disasters must be finished, so don't give up hope. As well as demonstrating their concern for the people who are forgotten & unloved or people who feel alone in his life.
   Can you guys try to listen and absorb this song? It's in a sense is implied in every verse of the song. Any of our load, how sad life that we lived so long people around us left us, but we are never alone.
And let's rise from any deterioration. The State will not change, If we do not change it by ourself. There's always God who sees, accompany, cheer up and help us. So, fight for our life! Fighting!

FROZEN WAVE

This phenomenon occurs in the Antarctic region. The main cause of this frozen wave of reactions between the conditions in the Antarctic snow.

It means that if you look someone at the first time dont judge him or her but know him or her well so you can judge them, so never judge someone because everyone has story

My Last Holiday

 Last holliday, I think nothing special in my last holiday. My family and I just stay in our home in Serang, Banten that is my father home in Banten because my father is a police in Serang, Banten. In my holiday we not going anywhere because my father must stand by in his office. Only my little sister whose went to Hongkong to holiday with my aunt family. For the true I’m really hate that thing because  my aunt just take my little sister with them. But my father said that I will go to holiday with my brother and my mom.

I went to batam 5 days before new years celebration, for the first I was very happy because in there I meet my friend, ouh ya before that I went to batam not just with my mom and my brother, I went there with bhayangkari groups. So, there are three people who bring their children, including my mom, and they are the children of my friends. My friends name are Kak Firdha and Ica, I called Kak Firdha because she’s older than me 6 years old and for Ica, I just called her Ica. For the truth, I’m younger than Ica but Ica is my junior if in school.

I went to Batam at 26^th December. My group must in the airport at 1 p.m. for check in, because our plane take off at 2 p.m. In the plane, I sat with my friend, I sat in the plane near the window because I like to saw outside if we in the air. We arrived at 4 p.m.. It didn’t have any different time in Jakarta and in Batam.

After arrived in the airport, we went to the hotel for take some rest, and we agree to get out from hotel at 7 p.m. for dinner. I stayed in room hotel number 920 with my friend Ica,  I ask Kak Firdha to join with us but she said she want to sleep with her mom.

After that, at 7 p.m. we went to the seafood restaurant, many people said this restaurant is the famous seafood restaurant in Batam, and the menu who made this restaurant famous is the fish soup, so I try it. And I think I was disagree about it, I think the taste is not very good, more precisely to the fish. Taste of the soup is good but when I tried the fish, fish that are not cleaned first. So, I do not spend it.

We finished our dinner at 8 p.m. and the next journey was the store who sold many things of bag, shoes, parfume, watch, accessories, and souvenirs. In there I was just looking around the store, and when I near Ica, Ica ask me about wallet who could suitable for her which are beyond the outer white or gray. I said that I liked the white wallet because the colour was more for teenagers, and she was agree with me but she think if she bought the white wallet, would quickly dirty. But if bought the gray wallet, she didn’t like the color inside the wallet, the inside color in gray wallet is pink color its make her didn’t like it. So, I just said the choice was yours.

After giving my argument to Ica, I looking around the store again, and I saw a red backpage who made me look closly to it, And I opened the backpage to saw the inside of that bag, and it made me interesting with that red backpage because the colour is red and the shape is uniqe, so I bring that backpage to my mom and my mom ask me to call my father to ask him about that backpage. I did that thing immediately and my father said I could buy that backpage.

We finished our shopping at 11.30 p.m. the store could open the store until that time because the store open it just for our group, so it was like a private store.  After we finished our shopping we went back to hotel for slept, and we would go outside again at 8 a.m.

In 27^th December, for the first I think we would go to had some trip like looking around the city, but I was shocked when I knew that we just went to other store, and store, and store again-__-“. For the truth I didn’t really like shopping so, when the others go inside the store, I was in the car with my friend and my brother, and we reply that activity in 28^th December until at 3 p.m. we went back to the airport because the time was over so we must back to Jakarta.
